We are a family and when you come to work for us you become part of that family.  With that in mind we like to help you grow.  Your success is our success.  To assist you with your goals, we have implemented several policies and programs that will assist you in your continued growth.

Promote from Within:  The moment new positions become available; they are presented to our employees.  After one year of employment all employees are eligible to interview for open positions through the Human Resource Department.

Continuing Education:  Not only do we encourage continuing education, we make it affordable for you.  After one year of employment, employees have access to reimbursement.  This reimbursement can be used for continuing education, certifications, seminars, or in other programs that benefit the Agency and our employee's development.

Tuition Reimbursement:  To help our employees with college-level education, we offer tuition reimbursement.  After one year of employment, employees become eligible for access to reimbursement.  Coursework must be directly related to the responsibilities of the employee's current position or to future service within the Agency.

Staff Development:  When you become part of our family you become one of our most valuable assets.  To assist you in staying at peak performance we provide 12 hours of clinical education as well as non-clinical training to support work practices.

Mentoring:  When you join our family, we take the time to provide you with an extensive orientation program.  This incorporates employee shadowing and education.  The practice of mentoring leads to a greater understanding of your responsibilities and a smoother transition to being part of our team.
