| CERTIFICATE OF ACHIEVEMENT | WESTFIELD: Noble Visiting Nurse and Hospice Services was recently awarded the Certificate of Achievement Award by MassPRO, the independent Healthcare Quality Improvement Organization with offices located in Waltham, MA. According to NVNHS Executive Director, David M. Mol, the award was given for achieving statistically significant improvement in the quality measure, Improvement in Pain Interfering with Activity.
The presentation took place at MassPRO’s Home Health Quality Initiative conference held recently in Sturbridge. In presenting the award, MassPRO congratulated the agency staff for the effort put into this project and for the positive impact made on patient care.
Noble Visiting Nurse and Hospice Services is located at 77 Mill Street in Westfield. The agency is a member of Noble Health Systems and provides home health and hospice services throughout the Western Massachusetts area.
