FAQs About Giving Donations
Noble Visiting Nurse and Hospice Services, Inc. is a non-profit tax exempt, 501 (c)(3) charitable organization and all donations are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.
To make a donation now, go to the Donations Form page, print the form, complete it and mail it to us with your check (or Pay Pal Account information).
Instructions are on the form as well.
Memorial Gifts
A memorial gift to Noble Visiting Nurse and Hospice is given in memory of a loved one. The person or family you designate will receive notification of your contribution (with no amount mentioned), and you will receive a receipt for your tax deductible gift. Many people make memorial gifts each year in memory of a loved one.
Grateful Patient or Family
A grateful patient or family gift to Noble Visiting Nurse and Hospice is given in appreciation and in honor of the wonderful care received while on service. This gift can be made in honor of the staff member who provided care to you or a loved one. The staff member will be notified of your contribution (with no amount mentioned) in their honor, and you will receive a receipt for your tax deductible gift.
In Honor Gifts
In honor gifts are a thoughtful way to observe someone's birthday, anniversary or special occasion. The person you designate will receive notification of your contribution (with no amount mentioned) in honor of their special occasion and you will then receive a receipt for your tax deductible gift.
General
Sometimes your gift may not fit into a category. This is a type of gift where you decide what your gift is for. Whether you wish to support a specific program like the children's bereavement program or just the vital work of the Agency, this type of gift has no boundaries.
Bequests
You might want to join many of our friends who have made generous donations through bequests - gifts through their wills or living trusts. Gifts through your will or trust can be a particular item, dollar amount or a residual percentage of your estate.
Life Insurance
You can name Noble Visiting Nurse and Hospice Services, Inc. as the primary or secondary beneficiary of a life insurance policy. The tax savings can be substantial.
